For Film Interpretations:
Call 315-568-3166. Our referral forms are available below. Print the referral forms and fill them out completely. Mail the imaging study with the referral forms enclosed. Hard-copy films and DICOM CDs are both acceptable. Your films will be mailed back the day after receipt.

For Teleradiology Services:
DICOM files can be sent electronically to our PACS. Contact us for more information.
